The Advanced Materials Challenges for Health and Alternative Energy Solutions (AMAES VI) workshop and summer school will take place at the University of Cologne (Germany) from 5.-8. July 2017.
This international workshop and summer school brings together experts in the field of materials science and biomedicine to discuss recent advances and future developments in the priority areas energy and health. This event is part of the successfull AMAES workshop series taking place in Germany, India and Korea extending it with a dedicated summer school for master and PhD students, as well as postdoctoral researchers to interact with national and international experts. This interdisciplinary approach of joining material science, biology, medicine, chemistry, physics and engineering will allow to target new solutions for pressing societal needs in energy and health.
